A designer’s instinct and a builder’s literacy, in one practice. Julia brings a 360-degree view of how a home is conceived, built, financed, and lived in — and translates that fluency into interiors that read as effortless on the surface, and perform precisely the way they should.
She studied Design at the University of Cincinnati, and has worked the residential life cycle from every angle since — leading remodels, interior projects, and luxury staging as a designer and project director for established real estate firms; advising as a licensed Florida real estate agent at the point where design choices meet resale value; and developing, as a mortgage consultant, an exacting eye for the economics that quietly shape every beautiful room.
That technical fluency — reading blueprints, holding construction timelines, working shoulder-to-shoulder with architects, contractors, and site managers — is what allows her, today, to lead the studio’s most complex residential and commercial projects without ever losing the thread of the design.
